The food regime supports all physiological and biochemical processes in the human body. The proteolytic activity of salivary gland enzymes on various food stimuli (bread, meat, milk) in experimental dogs was studied. The transformation of the enzymatic properties of the salivary glands depending on the amount and composition of food was revealed.
