The results of the study of aquatic vegetation of the Lena and Amga Rivers’ middle reaches (Central Yakutia) are given. The vegetation is represented by communities of the LEMNETEA and POTAMETEA classes. Evaluation of ecological conditions has been made using ecological scales of moisture and soil richness-salinity.
