Bekhterev's disease (hereinafter referred to as BB) is a chronic inflammatory disease that can lead to deformation and restriction of spine movements. Currently, the causes of BB are unknown, but existing studies and hypotheses allow us to draw conclusions about the significance of genetic, environmental and immunological factors. This article is devoted to the study of genetic factors influencing the occurrence of BB in the Russian population.
