The work is devoted to the substantiation of the possibility of using preparations from the class of epoxides as stimulator of cell metabolism in vitro. According to the requirements of cellular and hybridoma technology, all natural and newly synthesized chemical compounds that are used as potential activators (stimulants) of metabolism must necessarily be subjected to a pharmacy-toxicological evaluation. As a result of researches it is established that the preparations of the diol and diyl diacetate epoxides in concentrations of 0.1-0.5% do not have mutagenic effect, does not cause changes in cell morphology and in the doses have a stimulating effect on the metabolism of cells. It is established that both substances do not increase the frequency of mutations and do not suppress cell division
