Has been studied hypolipidemic activity of a dense bear onion extract (ramson) on tween model of hy-perlipidemia at rats. The maintenance of triglycerides in bloods serum and liver homogenate was defined by colorimetric method after hydrolysis of triglycerides by lipase. Definition of β - and pre - β- lipoproteins was made by turbodimetrical method of Burshtein and Samay. It was established that extract introduction in a dose of 200 mg/kg makes normalizing impact on condition of lipid exchange indicators in blood, distinct hypocholesterol-lowering effect comparable with comparison preparation of Traykor.
