Studying changes in the sphere of housing in Russia in 2016

Within the framework of the article, the issue of the changes in the construction sector in Russia is being considered. Based on the published data, the dynamics of the number of newly built apartments, as well as the volume of commissioning of the residential area in operation for 2016 compared with the previous period, is being studied. Based on the processed data, a specific index is calculated that characterizes the average area of apartments in the primary real estate market. As part of the study, the article concludes that changes in the sphere of housing construction in 2016 in Russia.
