The efficiency of the preparation esvelan is studied in experimental preparation-induced liver damage in laboratory animals. The data obtained in the model experiment revealed that when intoxicating with tetracycline in rats, there is an increase in the activity of aminotransferases, indicating damage of the membranes of hepatocytes; intrahepatic cholestasis is developing, the protein synthetic function of the liver and lipid peroxidation are activated. The use of esvelan improves biochemical homeostasis and the functional and structural state of liver of rats on the background of toxic damage.
