The conditions for chromatographic analysis of methylation products of 5-hydroxy-6-methyluracil in aqueous alkaline solutions by HPLC are selected. Products were isolated by semi-preparative HPLC. And identified on the basis of data 1H, 13C, 15N NMR spectroscopy.
