While investigation of biohumus, vermicomposting process and also coprolites and the Californian worm intestine contents, cultures of Brevibacteria and Silicate bacteria were isolated. Isolated strains were identified by classical bacteriological and instrumental methods. Brevibacteria strains isolated were capable to synthesize guanine nucleotides from a guanine precursor. Silicate bacteria should be used in agriculture as biofertilizer.
