In the article a study of Muslim society in Germany by Russian scientists in the period of 2001-2019 years is analyzed. Chronological frames of the study are years from 2001 to 2019. Its beginning is quite comparable with the tragic events of September 11, 2001 in USA, because it is from this time in science that interest in the study of Islam and various aspects of the life of Muslims in different countries of the world, including Germany, significantly increases. The purpose of this article is to identify issues that are least interested in Russian scientists studying the Muslim society of Germany. It seems that it will provide an opportunity for young scientists to outline little-covered subjects and questions for further study of such a complex multicomponent phenomenon as the Muslim community of modern Germany. Studies of Russian scientific papers are considered as blocks: general studies, studies devoted to problems of integration of Muslims, religious organizations, as well as studies devoted to Germans, converted to Islam, so-called converters. Author makes such conclusions as nowadays in Russian historiography there is an extensive literature on the problems of the Muslim community in Germany, but there is limited coverage of the topic devoted to Muslim Germans.
