The study of flavonoid accumulation from ginger root at two-phase extraction

The results of spectrophotometric study of ginger root ( Zingiber officinale Roscoe) weakly-polar fractioned flavonoid accumulation at two-phase extraction in immiscible solvents system: ethanol water solution - colza oil, are considered in the article. The role of polar solvent for optimization the biologically active substances extraction process from raw materials is indicated.
