Studying of neurotropical activity of new medicinal preparations from st.-john'S wort

St.-John's wort is perspective raw material for reception domestic effective antidepressive medical prepa-rations. The preparations developed by us «Hyperici tincture» and «Hyperici extract dry», and also fla-vonoid bisapygenin, allocated by us from herbs of Hypericum perforatum L., have been investigated on white not purebred rats in the test «Despair» and «The raised crosswise labyrinth» for revealing antide-pressive and anxiolytic activity. It has been established, that the developed new medical preparations and also bisapygenin possess expressed antidepressive and anxiolytic activity.
