The aim of this work was to study the comparative analysis of the detected microbial agents in preterm infants with IUI and children of the comparison group (termed with IUI). Under our supervision, there were 90 newborns who were being treated in the department for nursing preterm infants of the Andijan city children’s hospital. Depending on the prospective pathogen, the patients were divided into - 3 groups (premature babies - 40, termless - 30, control group healthy children-20). The substrate for the study was taken in consideration of the clinical picture of the IUI and the morphological properties of the putative pathogen. In term infants, cytomegalovirus infection and conditionally- pathogenic infection (CPI) prevail, and mixed infections are more often diagnosed. In preterm infants, in comparison with the term infants, the generality of the predominance of opportunistic flora, representatives of herpes infections, representatives of the mycoplasma genus is noted. Approximately the same percentage of children in both groups had an unidentified etiology of intrauterine infection - in 12.1% of children in the main group, in 15.4% of children in the comparison group.
Neobabies, cytomegalovirus, conditionally pathogenic infection
