The article deals with theoretical and applied aspects of research of the organizational and management innovation. Particular attention is paid to setting up the conceptual foundations of supporting intrafirm and interfirm organizational and management innovations as well as the study of multifaceted factors which have impact on this type of innovation. The authors propose the logical model of the factors of innovativeness as well as organizational and management innovation that is based on intrafirm knowledge generation and transfer.
