At present, the need to achieve unity of interests of all categories of workers in securing high final results of the financial and economic activities of the organization is becoming increasingly evident. A special role in this process belongs to the organization's human resources management. To do this, it is rather interesting to study the experience of foreign companies, their approaches and incentive factors. In this connection, it is of great interest to study promising areas that have an impact on the management of the personnel of organizations. For this purpose, the article studied the materials of the conference «HR-Trends 2017. East-West» and examined the main trends in the field of human resources management.
