Proteins in human nutrition have a special place. They perform a number of specific features peculiar to living matter. Today there is a deficiency of dietary protein in the world and the lack of it in the coming decade is likely to continue. Lack of dietary protein is not only an economic but also a social problem of the modern world. In the children's diet play an important protein, a good source of which are products of animal origin. Protein is necessary not only for the energy payback child's body, arising in the process of life, but also for growth and development, as well as the formation had both natural and acquired immunity. Protein requirements child per unit weight is higher than in the adult, as in childhood growth and development processes are most intense. The most suitable for baby food is poultry. It is more gentle, easier to digest, besides poultry meat contains more complete proteins than meat of domestic animals.
