The study of daily life in the historians' works of F. Braudel and M. Blok

A comparativestudy of methodological approaches to the studying of daily life in the Fernand Braudeland Mark Block’s worksis carried on. The continuity of the approaches is revealedand the specifics of approaches to the studying of daily life in the historians’works are discussed. The subject area in the study of the medieval society’s daily life by historiansis spoken in detail: dwellings, food, rites and rituals, the relationship between the estates.
