Бесплатный доступ

The results of the study parameters affecting the process of melting of resin cedar in the electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequencies are given in the article: the melting temperature, microwave power density, process duration. The optimal parameters of the process of fusion of resin cedar in the electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequencies are set: the temperature of 70-80°C, microwave power of 500-700 watts, the melting time of 5-7 minutes. Organoleptic characteristics of cedar oleoresinare are studied, which show that the product has high organoleptic characteristics - natural taste and smell, peculiar to a type of used crude turpentine. The chemical composition of cedar crude turpentine after melting in the microwave EMF is studied, which is characterized by a high content of resin acid and monoterpenes. It indicates the positive effect of EMF on the qualitative characteristics of chewing cedar tar. On the basis of the obtained data the technology of cedar turpentine melting in microwaves has been developed for receiving of a cedar tar. The developed technology was successfully tested in a production of "BaykalEkoProdukt" in the East Siberia State University of Technology and Management. On the developed technology the patent for the invention "Method for the production of chewing compositions based on turpentine " is received.
