The studies have shown that immunization of pregnant cows with subunit complex anticolibactertiosis vaccine 6 weeks earlier before calving provides production in animals of specific antibodies and their accumulation in the colostrum of cows-mothers. Preservation of calves received that colostrum is unfavorable conditionswas 90%, and bio-vaccine under the same conditions ensured the safety of 80% of calves.
