Studying financial changes in the market of mortgage crediting in 2016

Within the framework of the article, the analysis of mortgage market indicators for all federal districts of the Russian Federation for 2016 is conducted. The work calculates their dynamics. Based on the calculations performed, the country as a whole established an increase in the number of mortgage loans issued, an increase in the amount of disbursed funds, and a decrease in the weighted average interest rate.
