Studying of method's psychometric status of diagnostics unilateral spatial neglect

One of the most important and unresolved problems of rehabilitation of patients with cerebral circulatory disorders is the recovery treatment of patients suffering from unilateral spatial neglect which, according to some researchers, is one of the important factors that constrain the adequate recovery, including motor functions. Currently, a qualitative method without degree of manifestation is used to assess the presence of this syndrome. The level of the disregard is determined approximately. The article considers the classification, research methods, presents a multivariate statistical study that allows identifying those tasks that can reliably assess the presence of neglect syndrome, and their totality to determine the degree of manifestation. The article proposes a model of the study the neglect syndrome and block of diagnostics methods (tests) developed on its basis.
