Studying the growth of microorganisms of the genus Streptococcus on various nutrients

The article reflects the original data obtained during the study of the growth of microorganisms belonging to the strain of SLA from the genus Streptococcus in various nutrient media. An estimate of the growth rate of microorganisms was carried out taking into account changes in the density of bacterial suspension at different stages of cultivation. The media with the optimal composition for use in the growth of streptococci of the strain under study were determined. It was found that a synthetic nutrient medium, the composition of which was developed by the authors, can be effectively used in the cultivation of microorganisms belonging to the genus Streptococcus.
