The study of the cohesion of the service team employees of internal affairs bodies

The article presents some theoretical aspects of the phenomenon of team cohesion and practical materials for studying the cohesion of the staff of the internal Affairs bodies. In the course of the study, we studied the cohesion of the staff of the internal Affairs bodies in the number of 30 people, including 20 boys and 10 girls. The study group is a group of employees who are trained in an educational organization of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. Age group 21-22 years. During the study, the method of determining the index of group cohesion of K. E. Sishor was used. As a result of the research, the author proposes psychological and pedagogical conditions that ensure the formation of cohesion of service groups of law enforcement officers.
