New study sporicidal activity biocide "Bakdez"

Authors carried out pilot studies which confirmed theoretical conclusions and showed high sporecidal activity of a new biocidal preparation. For studying of sporecidal action of biocidal composition used transmission electronic microscopy. The main primary mechanism of damage of sporous cages of bacteria after application of a new biocidal preparation is the destruction of a cellular membrane which is shown by fragmentation and a rupture of the cytoplasmatic membrane, secondary damages following it: destruction of cytoplasm and nucleotide promote destructively - to dystrophic changes in thick layer of a cover disputes and a core of sporous cages that leads to further death (destruction) microbic cages.
