The study of the structure of the donor’s contingent and motivation to regular unpaid donations from donors in Novosibirsk Blood Center

People‘s motives of participation in donorship is a point in understanding how it is necessary to make a regional communication programs of donorship propaganda. A series of research dedicated to study of the structure of donors and theirs motives to blood donorship among people living in Novosibirsk were made. The authors made a conclusion about altruistic state of mind of donor population of Novosibirsk region and suppositions of developing of volunteer donorship in the region, based on the research data.
