The level of emotional intelligence of adolescents with character accentuation

The article analyzes the concepts and models of emotional intelligence as a factor in the constructive experience of such age crisis as adolescence. The results of an empirical study carried out on a sample of adolescents (118 respondents) are summarized: significant differences in the parameters of emotional intelligence were revealed in groups of subjects with different levels of character accentuation. The results obtained can be used in the development of preventive and correctional programs for students.
