Now before the enterprises of the dairy industry there was a problem of processing and recycling of dairy whey. Use of whey for the food purposes is at a loss unbalanced structure of nutrients, low organoleptics parameters, the greater maintenance of water. It is offered to consider other approach - use of whey for processing fur raw material. In the given work the temperature mode of storage of the combined whey intended for processing of fur has been investigated.
