Plant raw materials contain physiologically active secondary metabolites that help our body neutralize the negative impact of adaptation syndrome. The purpose of the studyis to study the effect of Atriplex hortēnsis L. on the formation of a compensatory-adaptive mechanism of body defense during physical activity in combination with a stress factor.
