Investigation of cyclophosphan and soy-bean proteins on the growth of interwined tumours of mice

The influantion of new bioregulator on the basis of soy-been proteins on the growth of the experimental tumors of mice sarcoma-180 and melanoma B-16 was investigated. The results showed, that the soy-been proteins, using as the untitumor drug or the mean of additional therapy together cyclophosphan, allow to heighten the effect of experimental tumor therapy. By that the essential positive effect of the therapy is the tumor regression intensification, mice with tumor life-time prolongation and it depends of tumor gistogenesis. The action of cyclophosphan and soy-been proteins induces the expression in tumor cells de novo polypeptides with molecular weight 21, 36, 39, 44, 62 и 64 kDа.
