The influence of femtosecond laser irradiation on warm-blooded animals

The article focuses on the influence of the femtosecond erbium fiber laser on the conditions of the "lipidperoxidation-antioxidants" system in plasma and erythrocytes of blood of white mice at the energy flowdensity of 0,6 and 1,2 J/cm 2. Histological research of mouse skin in the radiation zone has also been conducted. It is established that femtosecond laser irradiation at the studied energy flow density causes an increase in the functioning level of all parameters of the studied system in erythrocytes. In plasma after irradiation in a dose of 0,6 J/cm 2 multidirectional dynamics of malonicdialdehydeand glutathione-transferases levels is observed, suggesting the possibility of an oxidative stress. Dose-dependent epidermis thickening andthe emergence of hyperkeratosis and a lymphocytic infiltration wereobserved in a radiation zone after the influence of the femtosecond laser irradiation.
