Studying the possibility of waste-free processing the buckwheat sowing grass

Buckwheat sowing ( Fagopyrum sagittatum Gilib.) – valuable food culture, thus in the food industry seeds are used only, and the elevated part of a plant is considered as a waste. However the buckwheat is also perspective source of flavonoids sum with dominating component rutinum, possessing expressed angioprotective and antioxidative activity. The majority part of biologically active substances is localized in elevated part of a plant – grass. Results of researches the possibility of waste processing in food industry, namely buckwheat sowing grass are given in work as medicinal vegetative raw materials and source of receiving a medicinal substance of rutinum.
