Characteristics of changes in number and sex-age structure in the Republic of Tyva are given, the analysis is conducted and peculiarities of the social and demographic situation at the regional level are revealed in the article. The technique for geographical estimation of the consequences of the republic inhabitant natural movement is developed and approved.
