Study of difficult communication in domestic and foreign psychology

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the problem of studying difficult communication in domestic and foreign psychology. The analysis of scientific approaches to the problem of difficult communication made it possible to highlight various aspects of the study of this phenomenon: difficult communication as a socio-psychological phenomenon that manifests itself in situations of interaction, social communication; as an objective phenomenon, presented in the form of a mismatch between the goal and the result, the communication model; as a subjective phenomenon, declaring itself in the form of experiences, which are based on unmet needs, conflicts. Difficult communication is seen as ineffective, destructive communication, which is accompanied by emotional stress of the person and can have a wide range of manifestations (from minor friction between partners to conflict situations).
