Derivation of the legal principle

Notional determination of the legal norm and principle, as well as a precise characterization of their mutual relationship, as far as our opinion is concerned, represents one of the unavoidable basic steps on the path towards valid legal reasoning, so necessary, both in generating and application of law in contemporary social practice. Successful terminological clarification and division of notions which, as for their nature of character, represent the basic centers of each legal alphabet, unavoidably form, not only a good base but a pignuts of future legal system as well, turned towards progressive and successful regulating and directing of contemporary social courses. Due to those very reasons, we are prone to consider the very issue as being extremely important, and thus we are dedicating a great deal of attention to it.
