I'm cleaning myself under Kertman" (episodes of the memory of post-graduate years)

The paper presents chronologically ordered episodes of memories of Lev Kertman, who had been the author's academic supervisor and later became a friend. Characteristics of an academic career of provincial scholar in the Soviet historical science of the 1960s-1970s are given. Attention is paid to the style of professional and personal communication of Kertman with his colleagues, and to his role in shaping the creative and intellectual atmosphere at the Department of General History of Perm State University.
