Nurse of surgical unit: experience of Spain, prospects of development in the Republic of Uzbekistan

In the last two decades, the global technological development has contributed to improved diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment in medicine. And also, development of private sector enabled for competition among private and public clinics of the Republic of Uzbekistan. However, the introduction of modern diagnostic and treatment technologies has created the need for continuous training of both doctors and nurses. One of the promising areas for advanced training of nurses is their training in developed countries of the world.
