Iatrogenic crimes committed in the Amur region

The article is devoted to the study of the concept of iatrogenic crimes, the statistical data of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Amur Region, the law enforcement practice of the courts of the Amur Region are analyzed, practical proposals are made to improve the level of legal literacy of medical workers.
