Language as a system: reflexions about the language nature in the cognitive and synergetic context

A traditional problem of language ontology-language as a system - is discussed. Researches into synergetic properties of language and speech phenomena are initiated by the recent success in the sphere of general and synergy. A special scientific tendency - cognitive linguistic synergy - is singled out of the main group of cognitive and linguistic projects. Its aim is to study language as an open cognitive nonlinear synergetic system.
