The language of science and the personal knowledge: problems of semantic precision

The article investigates the aspects of semantic precision of the scientific language in the context of hermeneutics, logical positivism, logical semantics, which is a necessary and essential component in the structure of the modern science. The language is a primary natural form of human’s thinking manifestation. In this regard, the language is the only and, consequently, sufficient means for the expression of thought. It is noted that the modern science is bound up with semantics and pragmatics. The article emphasizes the relevance of the “precision" conception in the research of the language of science.
