The study is considered the language of “deception” associated not only with the actions of Nazi Germany, but also with their presentation in the public consciousness. We are talking about the linguistic side of the perception of actions and facts that took place during World War II, namely, how they were called in public communication and what they actually were. Pursuing an anti-human policy, representatives of the Hitlerite dictatorship sought to soften the perception of a number of facts of the policy and ideology they pursued by using the "language of deception". The tendency to name brutal acts of mass extermination of people can be traced back to the first year of Hitler's rise to power. The criminal authorities disguised their actions with the help of the "language of deception", manipulating the public consciousness, ignoring the weak objections of the victims' relatives.
