The article provides biographical information on prominent native scientist-educator Ele Isayevich Monoszon (1908-1987). It describes his life and scientific way, as well as major works. Links with prominent educators, such as A. S. Makarenko, M. M. Pistrak, I. A. Kairov, etc. The content of the article is carried out on a broad background of socio-political situation in the country and Vyatka Gubernia. The article provides a significant amount of facts that reflect domestic realities of Soviet people.
