The article describes the life and activity of Ernest Kolman - ideologist of the mathematics dialectization campaign in the 1930-40-s in the USSR. It presents the negative role of Kolman who helped the authorities to get rid of disloyal professors. The paper analyzes his maths works and the concept of the philosophy of mathematics.
