EDO as business process management system

This scientific article examines electronic document management as a business process management system. The main principles and advantages of the introduction of electronic document management in an organization, as well as its impact on the effectiveness of business process management, are considered. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that it is advisable to introduce and use EDI in the activities of a modern organization.
