Educology - a new interpretation of the mission of education in the environmental and social systems dynamics

The paper offers a new interpretation of the nature and mission of education in the diverse level systems development of - from an individual to the Universe, which differs from the current humanitarian interpretation. The author substantiates his position considering education as the phenomenon inherent to all complex systems, while institutional education is interpreted by him as a locomotive able of changing more complex systems, including an individual, the environment and society. The author develops the Russian cosmism ideas referring to education. Many statements in the paper are disputable and need to be critically conceived and discussed.
