Effective optimization of business processes is the basis choosing the strategy of companies in the conditions of digitalization

The article discusses strategic alternatives for the development of companies, taking into account the effective organization of the development of business processes. The authors analyze the possibilities of using a process approach to managing companies in conditions of economic instability and assess the prospects of development with an emphasis on the formation of an effective organization of the development. The practical significance of the results obtained by the authors lies in determining the factors influencing the process of optimizing business models, which, according to the authors, include: the processes of digitalization of goods/services, changes in the value proposition, digital services; digitalization and improvement of the decision-making process based on ICT and cloud technologies; requests for digital competencies of personnel, which I demand.
