The English language effective teaching at higher educational institution of culture and arts (on the basis of the teachers’ training program in Dublin, Ireland)

The article highlights some approaches applied in the practice of learning the English language in Europe according to the document “Common European Framework of Reference: study, learning, evaluation”, such as subject-language integral teaching and problem-focused teaching. On the basis of their practical studies undergone at ATC School of English in Dublin, Ireland, the authors come to the conclusion that methodology of task-based language learning is more effective in forming foreign communicative competency at English classes in higher educational institution of culture and arts.
