Effective personnel management: introduction of electronic personnel document management as a key to process optimization

The article discusses the problem of introducing personnel electronic document management (PEDM) as an important process optimization tool for effective personnel management in modern organizations. The author analyzes the advantages of digitalization of personnel processes, including reducing document processing time, reducing error risks, and improving security. The main stages of PEDM implementation are considered, as well as an example of successful practice in a Russian company. The article provides recommendations for the implementation of electronic document management, including the choice of software, employee training and changing the organizational culture. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the successful implementation of the PEDM allows not only to improve the effectiveness of personnel management, but also to significantly increase the competitiveness of the organization in a rapidly changing market.
