Efficiency, adaptability and prospects for the development of higher education in the Russian Federation (annotated review of key results and conclusions)

This article was prepared based on the results of the implemented in 2019-2020. research devoted to the search and substantiation of key areas for increasing the competitiveness of higher education in the Russian Federation. In an annotated form, the reader is presented with the main results that reveal the peculiarities of the development of the higher education system in Russia at the present stage of development. The findings are based both on the results of theoretical and philosophical understanding, and on the assessments of leading experts in the field under consideration.
