Most often in the farms of the Udmurt Republic there are parasitic diseases caused by representatives of the Strongylata suborder (in particular, species: Chabertia ovina, Nematodirus filicollis, Haemonchus contortus and Bunostomum trigonocefalum). Due to the fact that the natural and climatic conditions of this territory are favorable for the development of the biological cycle of Nematoda class pathogens. The aim of the research was to determine the effectiveness of anthelmintic drugs against strongylatoses of the gastrointestinal tract of cattle in the conditions of the Udmurt Republic. 4 drugs were used in the experiment: Rolenol, Santel 10 %, Albendozol 10 % (suspension for oral administration) and Santomectin. The results obtained by us indicate the high effectiveness of the active substance - closantel, which is part of: "Rolenol", "Santel 10 %", "Santomectin" in strongylatosis of the gastrointestinal tract of cattle. Despite the similar composition of the anthelmintic agents presented above, when using the drug "Santomectin", they received 100 % extension and intensity effectiveness, respectively. What can be justified by the maximum amount of DV (closantel) - 125 mg.
