In experimental studies in the conditions of the forest-steppe of the south of Western Siberia in 2021-2023, the effect of biologics on the productivity of Stolypinskaya 2 spring wheat was studied on meadow-chernozem soil. Growth regulators Biostim Start and Humate K, biological fertilizers Azotovite and Phosphatovite were studied. The yield averaged 3.61-3.85 t/ha (in the control, 3.29 t/ha). Biostim Start and Humate K growth regulators, Azotovite + Phosphatovite and Azotovite + Phosphatovite + Humate K drug complexes provided the largest yield increases, which amounted to 0.44, 0.45, 0.47 and 0.56 t/ha, respectively. The total and productive cost, depending on the variant, increased from 2.36 to 2.51-2.70 and from 2.21 to 2.28-2.62, respectively. Seed treatment with the growth regulator Humate K contributed to the formation of the most productive bushiness. The weight of 1000 crop seeds increased by 1.0-2.0 g. The greatest impact on the protein and gluten content was achieved by the combined use of the Azotovit + Phosphatovit + Humate K complex: it was 17.1 and 34.7%, without the preparations - 16.1 and 32.3%, respectively.
